Questions

Can I ask for any dish?

Yes. If a dish can’t be made well without an allergen you’ve excluded, we tell you instead of making it, and it doesn’t use up one of your videos.

Which allergens can I leave out?

Any of the 14 allergens UK law lists, such as gluten, milk, eggs and nuts, plus anything else you type in.

Where do the recipes come from?

We write every recipe ourselves, using AI.

What system of measurement can I choose?

Metric or US cups. Applies to the animation and the ingredients list.

How long can I download a video?

The download link works for 30 days. Save the MP4 and recipe card, and they’re yours to keep.

What happens to my videos if I cancel?

You can still watch any video you have downloaded forever.
